The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
The purchase contract is concluded with NOVOFLEX Präzisionstechnik GmbH. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. By clicking the “Order” button, you are placing a binding order for the items contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via email immediately after you submit the order; this does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We may accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by shipping the goods within 2 days. A binding contract may also be formed earlier as follows: If you have selected PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English. We do not store the text of the contract.
Shipping costs are added to the listed product prices. You will find more details on the shipping costs during the ordering process. You generally have the option to pick up your order at NOVOFLEX Präzisionstechnik GmbH, Brahmsstraße 7, 87700 Memmingen, Germany, during the business hours listed below: Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.—except on holidays. Please notify us at least two business days before your pickup so that we can prepare the goods from our warehouse. You can also pay here with a debit card, credit card, and PIN.

We are always liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents in cases of injury to life, limb, or health; in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty; in cases of warranty promises, to the extent agreed upon; and to the extent that the scope of application of the Product Liability Act applies. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations—the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contracting party may reasonably rely (cardinal obligations)—due to slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives, or on the part of our vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and which typically must be expected to occur. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
The European Commission has discontinued the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Pursuant to Section 36(3) of the VSBG, our company is not obligated to provide information regarding participation in a conciliation procedure. However, we hereby voluntarily declare that we will not participate in a conciliation procedure under the VSBG.
