Our 4R principle shapes everyday life at NOVOFLEX in every department. Regional means for us: a large part of our workforce comes from the immediate area in the Allgäu region, as do many of our material and finishing partners. We work in a resource-conserving way, among other things through our own solar power system on the factory building and by consistently passing on metal shavings from manufacturing and machining to specialized processing companies. Repairable is reflected in the fact that we service NOVOFLEX devices ourselves that are over 60 years old, provided spare parts are available. And recyclable describes how the materials we process are almost entirely recyclable, so that they can be recovered as raw materials at the end of their life.
